We prepare our pasta and risottos with sauces made from tomato, white wine, garlic, fresh herbs and carefully selected ingredients. From creamy carbonara, green risottos and fuži with truffle sauce to tagliatelle with rich, juicy sauces – these are dishes for everyone who loves full, homemade flavours on the plate, just like from our grandmothers’ kitchens.

Alongside them, our homemade favourites also play an important role – meatballs, stuffed peppers, roast pork, chicken and turkey steaks with side dishes we know from Slovenian kitchens and Sunday lunches at our grandparents’.
